Just a gentle reminder about the Barred Owl release happening this evening near the south end of Charlevoix. Take Bells Bay Road South and head towards Lake Michigan, about a mile or so.
The event begins at 7:45PM, rain or sunshine. Invite your friends and family, bring your camera, and don't be late. See you all there!
I wish I could be there today but it is Leonard's birthday today and we have plans. It would be great to see you again. You are doing such amazing work thank you for caring for our feathered friends.
ReplyDeleteIt was a spectacular release...a great audience...very generous in their donations. The owl flew off with such strength and determination...so happy to be free once again. The sunset was beautiful...yes, a successful rehabilitation indeed!
